EMPLOYMENT
In the previous year, 2024, Imperial provided numerous additional bonuses to its employees: staff employed throughout the year received a 13th salary and a Christmas bonus of €1,000 net, while seasonal workers received Christmas bonuses ranging from €70 to €200. Additionally, employees received a child gift of €140 per child and a Valfresco voucher worth €133 for the purchase of fresh local products.
IMPERIAL PLUS PROGRAM
- A program guaranteeing minimum net earnings throughout the year for the completed monthly working hour quota
- Imperial PLUS - guaranteed minimum net income of €1,000 for employees in specialist/professional operational positions.
As of May 1, 2025, the following pay and benefit increases are in effect for 2025:
INCREASE IN BASE PAY AND COEFFICIENTS IN THE TARIFF ANNEX:
- Starting May 1, 2025, salaries for all positions in hotels, resorts, and camps — those included in the tariff annex — have been increased by 10% to 15%. These increases were made by raising the base salary by at least 10% and additionally increasing the coefficients.
INCREASE IN NET INCOME IN HOTEL OPERATIONS IN 2025 – IMPERIAL PEAK (applies to June, July, and August):
- Employees in positions such as cook, waiter, receptionist, and other specialist roles will receive an additional €500 net, bringing their minimum monthly net income during peak season to between €1,500 and €2,000.
- Employees in positions such as housekeeper, assistant cook, assistant waiter, and other support positions will receive an additional €250 net, with minimum monthly net income during peak season ranging from €1,000 to €1,400.
LIVE THE DESTINATION
- BONUS FOR LOCAL EMPLOYEES – a total of €400 net, or €66.67 monthly, will be paid out throughout the year (with salary payments in May, June, July, August, September, and October 2025).
- “A Roof Over Your Head” Program – possibility of a housing allowance of up to €500 per month for year-round employees
