Imperial Riviera d.d. is one of the ten largest tourism companies in Croatia, founded after the merger of Hoteli Makarska d.d. and Imperial d.d. in June 2019. The new company is a combination of over-five-decade-long quality and business tradition of both Imperial and Hoteli Makarska.
In November 2019, the purchese of hotel Zagreb, now Valamar Parentino Hotel, in Poreč was completed, while in February 2022 Imperial Riviera expanded its portfolio by purchesing three hotels in Dubrovnik: Valamar Lacroma Hotel, Club Dubrovnik Sunny Hotel by Valamar and Valamar Tirena Hotel.
Along with an even greater investment potential, Imperial Riviera has a strategy on further growth and development in Rab, Makarska, Poreč and Dubrovnik, with even grater investment potential and strategy for further growth and development.
